Dr. Trevor Griffitts is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon offering a full scope of surgical care in Coeur d’Alene and the surrounding North Idaho region. After earning his Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree with honors from Temple University, Dr. Griffitts completed a rigorous four-year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Loma Linda University Medical Center. His expertise includes wisdom teeth removal, dental implants, bone grafting, facial trauma, cosmetic injectables, and complex facial reconstruction—all performed with a focus on patient comfort and safety.

Dr. Griffitts has published research in multiple peer-reviewed journals and co-authored a surgical atlas widely used in the field. He has also lectured nationally and locally on topics ranging from airway trauma to implant complications. A Top Dentist award recipient multiple years running, he brings extensive clinical knowledge and a compassionate presence to every patient interaction. A proud resident of Coeur d’Alene, Dr. Griffitts feels privileged to serve the community where he and his wife are raising their four children.
